That said — **you, the community** , are absolutely free to discuss, recommend, and critique **any brands, sources, producers, or articles** you like.

### Sharing Olive Oil News and Info

If you find an interesting article, a new study, a piece of industry news — feel free to share it!  
Whether it’s from a big media outlet, a small producer’s blog, a university research center, or anywhere else — **you’re free to post it** , as long as it adds real value to the discussion.

Good policy. Seen too many “independent” forums quietly sponsored by an importer or a certification body. Kills the credibility fast.

Real news worth following.. NYIOOC results, UC Davis research, IASC updates. Everything else treat with suspicion until you find the source behind the source. Marketing budgets are bigger than testing budgets in this industry. Always have been.
