The price doesn’t always match the quality though. Tried Manni Oil once. It’s good but there are smaller producers with higher polyphenol counts at half the price. The luxury branding adds cost that doesn’t improve the oil. What matters is harvest date, polyphenol testing, and how it’s stored. Not the bottle design or celebrity chef endorsements. I’d rather buy direct from a small producer in Jordan or Lebanon with lab results than pay for Italian luxury packaging.
